"The AC was dysfunctional (it would start with a big startling noise, and would stop after 5 min and keep going on this way all night long). The highway was in my window, horrible insulation, it felt like I was laying in the middle of the road. Also, every person walking, closing a door, or talking you could clearly hear. I slept poorly "

This required me to book another hotel at a much more expensive rate - I have not received a refund for the stay I paid for. "

"Made reservation, showed up on time, the hotel said "sorry" no rooms available and cancelled reservation. Now Travelocity will not provide refund because they cannot get a hold of the hotel to confirm in order to waive the cancellation policy (24-hr) notice."

"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

The room was extremely clean and bigger than I expected, with the AC working perfectly (as I like to sleep in a cold room). Breakfast was no-frills (bagels, cereal, juice, etc) but no complaints otherwise. "
