The room was clean and bed OK. HOWEVER, toilet flushed poorly. Elevator button inside to third floor worked poorly. Very “bready” breakfast. ( should say on description “Continental breakfast”. Complicated to get to without GPS. Note: staff was friendly.

Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates

The staff was excellent. The facilities - not so much. The elevator was down and appears to have been down or acting up for quite some time. The TV was inoperable and we had to switch to another room. The breakfast, if you want a waffle, toast, bagel or english muffin, then I suppose it would be fine. Personally, I want more than just carbs and sugar.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, the lobby looked really nice. The room is a different story. The room i stayed in is outdated, the mattress was dirty,stiff and very uncomfortable. The tv, was very tiny and it really didn't work. The tv uses direct tv and it didn't work that well, it was raining and couldn't be used. I loved the guy that checked us in, another employee was very kind. The room was very disappointing.

Rooms were good and clean, hallways a little rough. Worst part is they checked in someone else into my room after I had already checked in. Found out when my key cards wouldn’t work. Not sure how that happened but they rectified it and gave me a new room.

Our stay was an overall A. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and the amenities served our purpose. We would stay at this Inn and Suites again.
