"It was so cold we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor amenities. Not the hotel’s fault though. A good place to stay if you are going on a cruise. Airport shuttle free and shuttle to cruise port at a reasonable price "

"Unfortunately the pool and pool deck were closed for renovations. We were not informed before we arrived and had paid extra for a pool view room with pool access. The reception staff were disinterested and just said that Hotels.com had been informed (which they hadn’t). The bar and restaurant staff were lively and very attentive. Overall, I would stay here again; the pool and pool area will probably be lovely when they renovate it. "

"We had to move our room because I had reserved a king bed and they placed us in a room with a queen bed. A large amount of the chaise lounges at the pool were broken. When we arrived early in the morning, the pool area was littered with dirty towels and food items from the day before. Not enough coffee in the room. Great bathroom and comfy bed. "

"The room was larger than we expected, and included a full kitchenette with a dining table and two nightstands. It was very clean. There is meter parking in front on the street, but the gentleman who checked us in told us the side streets are free parking and we had no trouble at all finding a close spot, even after we got back from the symphony later on in the evening. It was perfect!"
