I opted to check out without staying the night. I was not able to receive a refund because the hotel manager would not approve a refund to Hotels.com to refund my credit card. I was very unsatisfied with the condition of the room and the service I received."

"We’re not from the area so we requested extra blankets and when the staff brought them up, they look like they were 50 years old. They had holes on them and were ratty and just torn up. It’s very weird very strange and the coffee in the rooms it’s kind of nasty tasty some offbrand could be a better well-known brand more options just in general other than that the property is excellent great location, easy parking for the hotel to validate 10 bucks a day nice and easy come and go as much as you want."
