"Staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed during the 2026 snow storm in Ohio and I noticed my room was not getting warm. I text the front desk the immediately sent maintenance to fix the furnace in my room and had housekeeping bring me an extra blanket. They were prompt and my room warmed up quickly. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The snacks upon checkin (between 5-7pm) was much a pleasant surprise to me and just want I needed prior to having dinner. Breakfast the next morning was superb with so many options and a create your own omelette station. 10/10 would recommend "

"Staff were great, hotel was clean, rooms were spacious. Dinner, breakfast, were included, pop and popcorn were included in the evening for kids, 3 free alcoholic drinks during happy hour were included, pool was great, parking was $24. This hotel is definitely a deal! Highly recommend. "

Manager stopped by our room and delivered champagne and treats because they heard we just got married, very nice touch. Staff that delivered food later in the evening was also very congratulatory. Overall best experience in Columbus! I would highly recommend Junto Hotel to Friends and Family when they stay in Columbus."
