Connected to the casino which is very nice. Very clean, very nice rooms, ample free parking, helpful and friendly staff. The Hill has some good items I just don't recommend the chicken poutine.

Everything was great! We had a great time. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, staff very helpful. The only knock was that there was not a microwave available to the guests. I would stay here again.

Amazing hotel everything was perfect and clean even a wireless phone charger. Deposit of 50 was returned next day which was awesome! Staff was extremely nice and there was lotion and a makeup cloth in the bathroom ladies!

New hotel with modern decor. Was surprised that the mattress was sub-par (too soft and gave backache) and the room AC didn't adjust the temperature to my warmer setting - stuck at 72 which was too cool for me. Staff was friendly. All in all it was a decent night's stay and enjoyed the luxe shower. Would stay again at the discounted rate.

The hotel stay was perfect. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Such as robes, expresso machine, a safe, and comfortable beds. There was a mini refrigerator but no microwave because there is an excellent restaurant on site. The Hill. The breakfast was hot, delicious, and reasonably priced. Easy access to the casino was also a bonus. The front desk clerks were awesome, friendly and informative.

from the moment you walk in, staff are incredibly attentive and helpful - especially Rita who was extremely friendly and personable when checking us in. even when buying a late night snack from their 24 hour marketplace, the staff was quick to check out and make conversation while doing it. room and bathroom were extremely clean and comfortable and the view of the city in the fog is very pretty especially at night with all the lights. casino is very easy to access, and has a bunch of great restaurants inside which quite a few are open late. overall an excellent experience that i would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area, even if casinos aren’t your thing!

While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better communication about the room assignment.

Hollywood casino hotel is new so everything was nice and clean. Shot out to Fibianna and Vincent at the front desk. Both were very friendly, hopefully and willing to help. I had a king room which was spacious. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. I didn't use the gym but it seemed to have everything nor did I eat at the Hill restaurant. Mainly because I didn't see anything on the menu I liked. I also thought the price for a night was reasonable. The casino is just that a casino. To many penney machines and table games. Overall, it was a choice. Would recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice - clean and comfortable. The AC won't go below 65 which is a bit warm for me and the bed was definitely on the firm side, but it was still pleasant. I loved that there was a bin in the room to recycle and there was a minifridge even though I didn't ask for one. The staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and I had a great experience for both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant (The Hill). The food was delicious (highly recommend the croissant waffle for breakfast) and everyone was friendly. Super easy to move back and forth between the casino.

This hotel was the cleanest I’ve stayed in during my adult life. The staff was happy to answer questions and Rita went out of her way to welcome us to the hotel and show us around. And, since it was a hotel and casino we were able to find a way to occupy free time whenever we wanted to. Loved my experience at this hotel!

This property is brand new and clean! Wow. A great value and just far enough away from the city to feel like a vacation. They're still working out the kinks toward a 5* facility and almost there!
