"The shower was in poor condition—the tub didn’t drain properly, and the handheld shower head kept twisting sideways, making it difficult to use without holding it in place while taking a shower. When I tried to lift it, the entire fixture came loose. Additionally, the sofa near the entrance desk was visibly dirty and unclean."

"We were told over the phone that we could get an early check in and we drove 6 hrs only to be told upon arrival that they were not allowing early check in that day because of having been booked up the night before and needed more time to clean rooms. We shopped around to take up time and were eventually able to get into our room 1/2 hr early. Felt weird that the check in guy followed us into the hallway and watched us get into our room. We were going out so I felt the need to hide my purse in the room. Door didn’t lock properly. The bed frame was disconnected under the bed but we were still able to sleep on it. Beds were comfy and area was quiet. Overhead noise was loud though due to no carpeted floors. Bath tub was stained and so were the one hand towel and one bath towel that were provided. Furniture was chipped and dinged up. AC unit sounded like a woman screaming every time it came on. We only needed a place to sleep for a few hours so it didn’t matter too much about the conditions but definitely could have been better. No bugs. Definitely a lack of amenities. Probably won’t stay there again. Very close to shopping and food tho."
