"Just not real clean from lobby to the rooms and not sure what the "+" in Red Roof Inn + stands for because this place fell really short"

"Had a marathon and a concert happening in town, more staff needed to deal with very long check in time. A/C in room barely kept it tolerable. Lucky weather turned cold so we switched to heat Only a bottle of conditioner in shower. No water or sodas at all in vending machine on 8. Lobby complimentary water was empty. Breakfast buffet was not a buffet. Lobby store had minimal items. Checkout only 1 elevator working, had to use stairs from floor 8. Room was clean though."

"The only thing I disliked was that the beds were harder than what I’m used to. But besides that it was a great choice for our stay!"

"Everything was in excellent condition at this hotel. Parking garage access is simple, and the location is within walking distance of the convention center and arena. The staff were very friendly, greeting and checking on guests at breakfast and cleaning tables quickly. Little touches like the free soda fountain add to the experience."

"There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . "

"Had a good day requested a remote at night for tv as I had my kid with me and there was no remote in the room waited up on a remote for no one to ever show. Told staff in the morning at checkout that no one ever showed they offered me a free coffee might seem little but was kind of frustrating. "
