No one to check us in… had to wait ! Our heater was not working in room properly hotttt in room turned down to 64 still running hot air out and heater was loud like air plane taking off … think heat was broken ! Did not sleep well at all due to heater

We in town for a softball tournament. The room its self was nice and roomy. There was 3 of us and only gave us 2 towels. But, not a big deal. Was close to the shopping mall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Definitely would stay again.

There were many options for healthy breakfast including oatmeal, fresh fruit and yogurt. Thank you! The parking lot was well lit and I felt very safe walking to and from my car at night.

The breakfast was great, parking seems safe. I had to change room because the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The second bedroom was better, but bathroom bathroom could be cleaned deeper. Wasn't able to sleep, the people from upstairs was making a lot of noise all night. I talked to the staff and I don't think they did anything about it. Same thing the next night.

$500 hold on my card, didn't find out until I got there. Ask for connecting/conjoined room, staff didn't know they had rooms like that so someone else had got it besides the rooms i had that wasn't connected. One room no tv remote, the other room didn't have a chair like the other room. We ask did they have a shuttle bus they said no.
