"Great customer service! Mattress on bed was worn-out. So much so, that the mattress has one side significantly lower than the other which made getting comfortable a challenge, and greatly affects quality of sleep. "

"I was very pleased with my unit. I spent most of the day touring the area, so I did not use all of the amenities. But the unit was well-furnished and provisioned. All rooms and the bath were clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed having breakfast and one dinner at the on-site restaurant. "

"The pools and fitness area is top notch, not crowded. The area is manicured and plush. Could hear the train from Busch Gardens, loved that! The room was all we could ask for. This was a great min vacation!"
