"Excellent location and view from the room. The room was decent and typical. The breakfast was just ok. I would suggest to add more selections to your breakfast; otherwise, it's typical Holiday Inn menu. The price of stay was very reasonable. We didn't use the pool. The gym room didn't have a single mat, and the machines are outdated, but served it's purpose. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"The stay was fine outside of one valet driver. A white man who I’m not sure of his name. I believe I saw John on his name tag , but I could be wrong. He was the first staff member we met upon arriving around 10:50 on 09/04. He was very rude and didn’t not help one bit. He didn’t greet us properly. He waited for my husband to go inside and then told my husband to move our car closer to the edge. In my opinion he could have come through the doors to tell us this before we had gotten out of the car, but he just stood inside staring at us. Then once we checked in and handed over our keys he pointed to the carts and basically told my husband and I to hurry up because his shift was ending. Other than that the stay was fine. Room was clean and all other staff were pleasant. Very convenient location."

"Property is located in great spot, surrounded by restaurants, stores, the boardwalk, and the beach. Parking is in garage but resort gives you a QR code to scan and parking is free. The resort has a nice gym located on the 17th floor looking down and out at the beach, boardwalk and the 2 uncovered pools. Another 2 pools are located in the back, one is for 21 and above and has a large hot tub. The resort does have a bar and smaller restaurant in the pool area. Bathroom was fine, shower tub drained slow but other than that no issues. Room was clean in appearance, beds were comfortable, AC was not working properly room did not go lower than 75 degrees. Did have an issue with valet, had guest pay to valet and valet took an 1 hr and a half to finally grab keys. Overall, it was a nice place, amenities were good and having the beach and boardwalk connect to the back was a convenience."
