"I don't think I've ever walked into a hotel room and been immediately disgusted. The hallway, the lighting, the room itself feels like the 70s and mildew. It's very dated. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice but not as special as the reviews led me to believe. The employees were pleasant and the lobby was nice. Never again!"

"Air conditioning was not the problem. The room smelled of cigarettes, there was no shower curtain when I told the desk they handed me a shower curtain, I guess it's fo it yourself. WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT LEFT IN THE MORNING FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL. "

"Staff are excellent, welcoming and kind. Rooms have great amenities. Soaps are thick and luxurious. Towels are soft and thick, bed and pillows comfortable. Loved our view of a pond with ducks. Great location with restaurants and shopping mall just steps away. Surprisingly quiet given how close to airport. Great breakfast. Best pancakes I ever had. Love the idea of a social area with pool table. Great size TV with modern comfortable furniture Lots of seating space in lobby Decaf coffee was a bit cold, but appreciated the 24/7 coffee bar that even included flavor shots!"
