"The hotel was nice. The restaurant was nice. The only issues we had were when we first arrived it was hot in our room. We were under a heat advisory and our room didn’t have air or a fan on it said it was 75 in the room. So we turned air on and we had to leave to go concert. Our fridge was also frozen over and was leaking water. Well when we got back at 12:30AM we were hoping to come back to our room with a cool room, but the air was off again and it was 78° so my husband went downstairs to let the receptionist know that the refrigerator was leaking water and that the air conditioner wasn’t working. They did put us in another room but when we got to that room, there was no air going or no fan going so it was still 75° in that room at this point it’s 1 o’clock in the morning and we did not fall asleep until probably two or so in the morning or later just until the room cooled down, but I was very disappointed that they did not have any air going in the rooms, especially being as hot as it was outside when mentioning this to the member of the next morning, she said that it was working it got bumped off. She wasn’t informed that no it was working because we had to turn it on ourselves in order for it to cool off in the first place because it was not on one when we arrived initially to our room I honestly feel like I should get some type of refund back on my stay because we spent majority of the night trying to stay cool"

"The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. We didn't have time to use the pool or the workout room or the hot tub, if there was one. But they look clean as well. We would stay there again without a doubt. Love that it's no smoking no pets."

Comfort Suites Chesapeake - Norfolk

"I recently stayed at Comfort Inn with my daughter and niece and overall had a positive experience, rating it a 4 out of 5. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast—it was fresh, well-stocked, and had a good variety of options to start the day. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool and were able to get a nice swim in together, which made the trip even more fun and relaxing. The only downside was that the ice machine near the front desk wasn’t working during our visit, which was a bit inconvenient. However, aside from that minor issue, everything else met expectations. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us, and I would consider staying here again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue was that I was charged an additional service tax at check-in/check-out, which I was not expecting since my reservation had already been prepaid. This charge was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. Better transparency regarding any additional fees would improve the guest experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Dirty sticky floors and walls, hair in bed under the sheets and in bathtub upon arrival. Toilet leaked and often did not flush. TV turned on but most channels just showed an error. Had an interaction with the hotel attendant after calling the 800 number to voice a complaint. He stated that they tried knocking on the door the day before but we didn’t answer, however I had only reported the issues a few minutes prior to our interaction. Not a fan of being lied too. All in all I wasn’t expecting the comfort and quality of the Ritz but I was expecting a working toilet, clean floor, sheets and tub. This was my 3rd time in the last 10 years staying at a Red Roof Inn. 2 of the 3 times have been bad. Safe to say it will be another 10 years before I do it again. I also have photos, video, screenshots and audio recordings of all the issues as well as interaction with the one staff member."
