"Great Property "

"Woodlands tends to be crowded with a lot of kids and school groups but there are definitely quieter areas of the hotel. I loved the room I was in, the breakfast offerings were fine, the daily housekeeping service is a luxury, and the staff are terrific. Definitely CW has fancier places to stay but I love the Woodlands."

"The first room we were given the floor was not vacuumed since the previous guests. If you had to speak to the staff all but 2 definitely made you feel like you were bothering them. But on a positive note we had plenty of hot water for showers."

"Overall a great experience but night staff was not able to give us any towels because housekeeping didn’t leave extra for them at the desk. There were only 3 towels in a room booked for two adults and two children."

"I love the well kept grounds and the clean condo that I found. The concierge was great. This was handled by text and anything we needed was provided quickly, within 15 minutes. The activities were fun for my granddaughter and grandson. The indoor pool was too crowded and had too much chlorine, but the outdoor pool looked wonderful. It was just too cool to be open yet. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Clean rooms, great staff and nice breakfast. We had a maintenance issue and the staff was there in 5 minutes to fix it. The manager and front desk were very accommodating. Will be back"

"Our little apartment was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette was so helpful. The check in process was totally overwhelming. It was way too much after a day of travel. To many papers, too many conversations. There was coercion to get us to view another property for an incentive. The gated entrances were annoying. There was no streaming, just cable."
