"This hotel has the worst elevator system I have ever experienced. There is normally a group trying to get an elevator on the first floor. At busy times you can wait up to ten minutes to get an elevator to take you down. This elevator system is a unique assigned car system that was over thought, very inefficient, and is hard on patrons."

"Location was great and they even offered discounted parking a few blocks away about $50 per day. The first night the ac was not really cooling we had to called the receptionist and they sent someone within 20 minutes to fix it. I was surprised the room came without microwave, coffee maker and plastic cups. It had a refrigerator but no coffee machine or cups, we had gotten some juice and had to buy cups across the street for a few dollars. Beside that I enjoy the noon check-out. Afterwards I was told by staff that I had to ask for the coffee maker and cups at the front desk. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. "

"Love the predictability for the pod times square for my short nyc trips. Friendly helpful staff on the movement you arrive, very clean room and bathroom, easy to get around for theatre and food on foot or uptown or downtown by subway. Comfy bed! Darkening shades."

"We booked an upgraded room unfortunately when we arrive, the room was not ready and it was broken. There was a lot of confusion among the staff of what was going on. We ended up waiting for many hours in a small cramped lobby. My wife is incredibly tired. We felt frustrated and angry, and when we had to be put in a room, we were putting in a room with incredibly noisy air conditioner. I was like sitting next to a diesel truck then room also was lower grade, but we stayed in there till our other room is ready. We moved into our right room ready by the television was broken, and I had a flickering light stove would give an epileptic person some sort of seizure the entire experience was lackluster and for the money that we paid it was completely underwhelming would avoid it all costs. Plus location and cleanliness negative everything else."

"Strong smell in hallways (cleaning products). Wallpaper is peeling. Could use reno. Great location for events at Lincoln Center. Lobby and entrance get crowded and lines can be long to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful."
