"Great!"

"The rooms were clean and well-organized. However, the air fresheners had an overpowering scent that could affect guests with allergies. The shower was also clogged, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it."

"Desk staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was the elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor."
