"For the amount that I paid for, the amenities were not that great. A lot of other Holiday Inn properties I’ve been to provided free continental breakfast, towels provided for guests at pool area, and housekeeping at least on the 3rd day of stay. My daughter and I were there for a total of 5 nights and we didn’t get housekeeping once. The internet never worked so we had to use our phone data throughout the whole stay. I was hoping there would be streaming services on the TVs but there wasn’t and it was just regular cable channels. I attempted to screen mirror with my phone or iPad but that didn’t work either. There were stains on the bathtub, curtain, and lamp near the window. The only good thing I liked about our stay was the kindness from staff members. Outside of that, it truly was not worth the $1200 I paid for since I expected more amenities for that high of an amount. "

"Me cancelaron la reservación el Mismo día que llegue porque tenía q cambiar el método de pago. Tenía dos horas para realizar el cambio y no me dieron ni 20 minutos. Realice el cambio y me decía que estaba aceptado y de repente me llega un mensaje que me habían cancelado la reservación. Una reservación que hice entre enero y febrero. Llame y solo me dijeron que ya habían dado mi habitación. Fatal d verdad"

"I actually hate writing reviews like this one because the people I talked with are friendly people, assuring us this location was planning a remodel. Our 2 full-bed suit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The service was almost non-existent when asking for towels, toilet paper, or a toaster. (We received a toaster becaue we finally went to pick it up ourselves, but was dirty while being promoted as "santized.") I took our trash to the front office and was told I needed to take it to the trash bins behind a remote building. I don't mind carrying trash to a trash receptacle, but provide bins for each building. When, or if a remodel occurs there should be a priority to invest in personnel to step up customer service and maintenance personnel. There was rust in the tub and the refrigerator was damaged badly."
