"Hotel needs a deep clean."

"Found out they didn’t do shuttle to Tampa only to St Pete after searching for hotels with shuttle service for our flight. Got there at 9 pm on Friday during busy season and hotel bar closed at 9 every though there were people in the bar. Workout facility had an empty water jug. Went for coffee at 9am and it was empty. Overall seemed more about running with a lean staff than making sure our stay was good. "

"I spent over $200 a night for a room and our window view was of a very busy expressway right outside her window. Was very disappointed. I didn’t expect the Ocean but did expect better. We found Hair balls on the carpet. That weren’t ours. The outlet in our bathroom did not work and so we had to blow dry our hair elsewhere."

"Room was clean house keeping was great. Front desk at night was lacking. Multiple request for towels blankets were never rec’d after going to front desk was told “they were coming up “ two nights in a row "
