Staff were very friendly. Convenient for MRT stations (3 nearby). Very clean. Good breakfast. Disappointing choice of food available from the bar in the evening.

Great hotel & location for a city break. Staff very helpful including Kelvin who helped with some photo taking for me. The Gym & Pool were why I picked this hotel & great to have these amenities with the weather . Would totally recommend. Thank you - Anne - UK

Excellent breakfast-best to go early to avoid crowds. Caters for all tastes and food very fresh. Room very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels. Very handy for shops and restaurants.

LOVELY LOOKING HOTEL, AND A FUNKY ROOM, NICE STAFF. GOOD LOCATION AS WELL

We were given Executive Club status on check-in, which meant access to the club lounge for free breakfast, evening cocktails & tea/coffee throughout the day. In complete contrast to the lobby restaurant & cafe, the lounge was never busy. We probably wouldn't have chosen to breakfast in the hotel had it not been for the club lounge option. Overall, a good experience.

We had a really good experience, much better than expected from the reviews. The room was large and as pictured. We found the beds comfortable, not hard, AC is adjustable (can even be turned off, though I would not recommend doing that). The metro station is close by. The staff was friendly. If pressed too look for negatives, maybe the bathroom was a bit tired, but not to the point it'd bother us. The price was good, I'd happily stay there again.

Fantastic hotel to explore Singapore from. Great quality dining options for both breakfast and dinner, with a wide range of cuisines available. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The use of a self service laundry in the hotel saves weight in suitcases. Nice pools to relax in during the evening. The views in the foyer of the elevators looks like it's from a science fiction film. Super easy, covered, access to Havelock MRT, we could use Google pay (using physical UK bank cards themselves...
