Great location, walking distance to the city attractions, shopping and restaurants, Large rooms, hotel rooms can be quite small in Singapore. Full breakfast was Ok, lots of options to choose from but I’m not a big fan of over done pre cooked fried eggs kept barely warm. We would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location to shopping malls and food centres in Chinatown . The rooms were spacious and air con was cold although a little noisy . The pool was very refreshing. Very easy to walk to Chinatown markets and hawker centres

Good location, close to two metro stations with different lines. The high ceiling of the walls means that there's cobwebs and dirt marks high up that don't seem to get cleaned. I do also question the full glass bath room too; otherwise the beds were comfortable and the shower was clean.

Was a great location close to the MRT train, and comfortable room. Two of the lifts (out of four) were undergoing maintenance for much of our stay. And the two washing machines / dryers for the whole hotel didn’t seem quite enough. Overall though, would stay again.

This hotel is in a fabulous location and has direct access by walkways over the road to both streets, one side Chinatown, the other towards Clarke Quay, five minutes walk away. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore Singapore.

Wonderful staff, check in etc was very easy. My room was on the 18th floor and my travel buddies were on the 4th floor (would have been nice to have been on the same floor but may have been because of the room type). We ate at the restaurant for buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner, it was really tasty and a great way to try some different cuisine. My room was great, amenities were brilliant and when my bathroom plug got stuck staff fixed it for me ASAP. My room was a little scuffed up and could do with a freshen up but was clean and had everything I needed. The water dispensers on each floor is great! Although the walls could do with a wipe down from water splatter. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and gym facilities were great too
