The room was clean, with a good bed, excellent shower and some handy toiletries/tea/coffee etc. Apartment location was fantastic - right in the centre of the town. "Perfect location in the Old City. The property management team was friendly, professional and communicative - and we particularly appreciated all of that with our very short-notice booking. The room was relatively large and very comfortable. There's a little noise in the street below that ends a little late and starts a little early but that can't really be helped and the supplied nightstand ear plugs were a nice offering as was the white noise of the air conditioner. I'd love to stay here again."

"This was the first hotel I have stayed at on vacation where I did not want to leave the hotel. Usually a hotel is a place to sleep and shower for me. The design of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurants and bar were incredible. We had a super-romantic dinner with a table right on the water and live music. You can sunbathe and jump in the Adriatic from the beach deck. The service was incredible. Knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff and attentive room service. I cannot say enough about Hotel Excelsior"
