If I was to go back to Dubrovnik, this would be the accommodation i would book again. Absolutely lovely from the cleanliness to the host everything was lovely. I would 100% recommend.

Guest house 44 is a beautiful little gem in the old city walls. The team can't do enough for you to make sure you have the best stay. The room was very clean and great size. We would go back in a heart beat and would highly recommend this place. We were looked after by a strong family unit.

It was a great stay. The apartment is wonderfully modern and perfectly designed, it has a sleek kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. There is a Smart TV for all needs (Netflix, Spotify, etc) and a high quality AC unit. The bathroom is also very nice and the walk in shower is great. Best part of all is the view from the balcony which is breathtaking. Pero and Nika were fantastic hosts who really went the extra mile. Beautiful, very modern and spotlessly clean. Great variety of breakfast.. rooftop pool area is fabulous, wonderful sunset view. The location is perfect, away from the busy old town but conveniently placed for the local bus and walking trails.

The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.

Perfect

This is an excellent property in the middle of the old town. Despite being next to various bars and restaurants it was quite quiet, although it was usually busy outside in the daytime. Air conditioning was great. Instructions were clear and we had no issues during our stay.

Excellent location in Old Town. Fantastically designed accommodation, to escape the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Amenities in the room were excellent. Very comfy bed too!

I had a lovely stay, although short. Senada was so friendly and welcoming! It was like being a guest in someone's home. I found the room too light and had to wear an eye mask, but I loved the fact that slippers were provided.

I stayed Easter week, and Jelena was so lovely and helpful, she met me on arrival from my airport transfer at the Pile gate (organised by the apartments). Jelena went out of her way to make sure everything was OK, checking in on me as a solo traveller every few days. Her boss needs to give her a raise, as she keeps the apartments immaculate. Great location, near to all the sites but not too noisy.

The location is away from the chaos of the Old City, and yet convenient enough for public transport (busses and Uber easily available). From the airport, you can take the airport bus shuttle (only €10 per person) and ask the driver to stop in front of Tommy supermarket. from there, it's a very short distance walk to the hotel. Staff was professional and attentive. Room and amenities are top-notch. Breakfast was sufficient and varied. We loved it!

Amazing place, clean and the host was very friendly and nice. Check-in and check out was also very easy. 5 mins from the airport and 20 mins from Dubrovnik old town. We had a car so it which made it easy.

The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber.
