"Employees are nice and helpful. However, night shift employee is awful. He was sleep and snoring very loudly while the front door was open at 3am. He was no help at all!!!"

"Very helpful staff and kind people. They were so friendly and easy to talk to. They welcomed us very nicely. I personally felt the room needed more care because it wasn’t clean that much. The hotel is so nice and close to everything. The lobby is vintage and peaceful. The pool has an incredible view."

"Outdated everything. Old T.V, old radio, old massage chair. Rusted sinks and dirty whirlpool jets. The steam room smelled of mold. The table wasn't leveled. The seat cushions were worn. The carpet was dirty."

"Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it."
