Maybe that’s because they don’t need to as they already know that their staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms comfortable and spotlessly clean, nice food and pool. "The hotel was clean & tidy. Staff were very attentive & sorted out any issues promptly! The cleaners were excellent, restaurant staff, reception & management were very pro active in their roles too! Would definitely stay at this hotel if visiting Trivandrum again! Special mention goes to Sidharth, Arun, Bhagyalaxmi, Vishnu & Rajaskar! Thank you everyone!"
