Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

The hotel has absolutely stunning views across the sea making each morning magical as you see the sunrise. The food was tasty with plenty of options. Drinks are branded and water always available (although not stored in your room despite there being a fridge in the room). Pool area is clean with beds a plenty. From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

Loved the vibe of the hotel. Liked the DJs by the large pools. Nice designed hotel rooms with excellent showers and an empty fridge.

Great hotel with views of the sea and the mountains. Wonderful buffet with so much choice and a different theme each evening and entertainment that made it even more special. Parking, nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely go back.

This is one of these best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s fairly close to tourist activities with a great sea view. The staff made us feel welcomed, and was greeted everyday (even by the cleaners and electricians) You could tell that everyone was happy and enjoyed working within this hotel. This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes! It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. The hotel is very peaceful, set just inland and on the edge of a high class golf course. The reason it is quiet is that there is nothing close to the hotel apart from the golf course and transfers from the Tenerife South airport take over an hour and cost around the hundred euro mark - a hire car is therefore a must! Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. We stayed in sea view room which had lovely views over gardens across to the sea. Pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food. We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas.
