"The hotel was beautiful - very nice coffeeshop, restaurants, etc. Loved the pool area and reception level. The room was so inviting to come into out of the heat and just relax. The staff were all lovely. I was able to walk to Marina Bay area - just the Singapore weather can put you off walking too much!! The only slight negative was the hallways to the rooms are a bit dreary but certainly not a big deal. You'd think that having to catch 2 different lifts to your room would be annoying too...

"The property was clean, however the cleaning schedule of every 3 nights did not work for me. The problem is that it's so humid, and the towels never dry. Perfect grounds for bacteria growth for 3 days. Also, if you are not going to clean, provide me with a vacuum or swiffer so I can at least sweep daily. On the positive side, customer service was very nice and helpful."
