The hotel’s receptionists and staffs are very kind and supportive. The location of the hotel is also convenient to City Hall, Bugis, and Orchard. The hotel is a bit old. My room had water issue, temporary stop and brown colored, but it was properly fixed.

Really nice and comfy hotel located in Bugis and walkable (or a short bus ride away) from all the main attractions in Singapore. A 24h hawker center is right across the street. The AC works well. Rooms are clean and spacious. All in all I'll be back at this hotel the next time I'm in S-town.
