"Had a lovely stay "

"Great stay! And location very clean and accessible."

"Pros: large rooms and friendly staff that speak good English. Pretty good selection of English channels on the TV. Nice sized pool. The restaurant next door serves a range of Thai and western dishes, the service is good and the prices are reasonable. The Phuket International Hospital is just across the street if you are visiting that facility. You can walk to a Family Mart next to the hospital, and to a Makro a little farther down the road Cons: a lot of people coming and going until the wee...

"Clean room, helpful staff"

"The staff provided professional and attentive service. The dining experience was outstanding, complemented by the property's elegant atmosphere. We were very impressed and look forward to returning and would highly recommend."

"The biggest issue we had was that our children came down with food poisoning and got incredibly sick during our stay. Physically ill all over the room at 2am. "The hotel in itself is nice and despite some reservation mix up at check in, they were doing a good job at making it right. Room was nice and clean. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet and dark soi. I’d definately use this hotel again provided I have more business in the area in the future."

"Excellent facility and services!!"

"Staff so delightful & helpful would recommend to all friends & family will start planning our next visit."

"Was overall a good stay and away from the nightlife so was nice and quiet."

"If you tired after a long day, and you have to bus to this place - then walk over 5kms with shopping down a long road - you dont feel like doing this again to go out for dinner! Hotel needs to offer more services. The beds were so hard too. This is too expensive for what it offers, other hotels have much more example happy hour & bar, lunch & dinner, free shuttle and laundry services."

"If I return to Phuket, I'll probably book the same hotel"
