Property is adequate. Keep in mind there is no staff or front desk personnel. Parking is on your own. Was told to download an app to find overnight parking. Proximity is great for Wrigley Field and many surrounding bars open late.

Great unique boutique hotel! Excellent location with many restaurants and Wrigley Field just a few minutes away. Only down side was no onsite parking. Would stay again.

Easy check in, clean room, perfect location, nice staff….the only thing I would change is some better mattresses and pillows. A few memory foam mattress toppers and a good firm pillow lol

Wonderful! Sparkling clean and perfect location. Will definitely be staying here again. Parking ramp nearby is super convenient. Also close walk to many restaurants.

The location was great, the staff was wonderful. The room we stayed in was super minimal, but that's all we needed. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Definitely wouldn't want that room again, neither of us slept well. But for being so close to so many bars and restaurants that were super loud, we didn't hear a peep in our room! Would stay her again, just try a different bed then the queen one in the room with the bunk bed.
