"Hotel located in a great area that you can walk to many places or access public transportation easily. For an older building, it is well kept and clean and friendly staff. Only thing is the room was a bit basic with no refrigerator & microwave but those are accessible on the 12th floor."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel location was perfect for what I wanted to do while visiting Chicago. Staff went above and beyond for anything I needed. Room was clean. My only negative if I had to be picky was the room being small but I wasn’t in there much so didn’t really bother me. Will absolutely stay there when I visit again!"

"Stayed at the Fairmont Chicago and it exceeded every expectation. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff make us feel welcome, and the location puts you steps from Millennium Park and the lakefront. Five stars — we'll be back."

"The location and room itself worked well for us after a wedding on the Southside and using a Spot Hero parking place. The breakfast was very good, made fresh with good options but the tables needed to be bused and wiped down. The lobby needed tending to as well"
