This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. I am a travel nurse and needed some where safe ,clean, and comfortable. I also needed wifi. I am very disappointed. There was no wifi as shown on the website.
Tv did not work..curtains would not close. Lights did not work. Ceiling was leaking.
Their customer service has improved DRAMATICALLY since the last time I stayed here. The older black woman working the front desk was quick, courteous and efficient.
We never checked in because despite having a fully paid reservation they refused us at the lobby saying there were no rooms. We still haven't received our refund either from expedia or them
Had a horrible stay . Couldn’t stay or sleep in the room due to no tv was working and my phone can’t get service in my room

No microwave or fridge and only 1 light at the night stand
Please don’t book . I got there he had no rooms . The room that I booked had broken tv, mold, blood on the pillow case as well as no heat . Your better off sleeping in your car
Take an inflatable mattress. The one sheet the bed came with exposed blood stains all over the mattress. We honestly slept on the floor couldnt bring ourselves to the bed. No roaches that we could see but you get what you pay for.
