Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

This is a very convenient hotel as it is just a few metres walk from the train station and right next to a huge mall. It has 24/7 access to a small store that is integrated into it. As it's about 50 minutes outside of Tokyo, the rooms are much bigger than you would get in Tokyo. The staff are super helpful and most can speak English or use an interpreter device. A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Clean and spacious room, fairly new inside out, friendly staff and not terribly expensive.

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

Great location near Asakusa station. Perfect for travelling around Tokyo and going to Haneda airport. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Room was spacious for Tokyo standard and had large beds. Very modern and comfortable. Just wish theyd got a bar at the hotel for evening drinks after a day out.

Great hotel in lovely neighbourhood

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. New. Hotel just been renovated, opened in Oct 2024. Very good price. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Check in is quick and easy. Parking is great, charge ¥1600. Cannot wait to come back.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel
