"very nice hotel and friendly staff"

"Room was very big for the price, however the bed was pretty rock hard and pillows were like concrete. The washroom was dated like the property. It was nice being in the main building but with all the curves it’s easy to get lost. The Lawson down stairs in the lobby was super convenient. The downsides are you can ship your luggage to the hotel and they’ll hold it til you arrive. But if you have a future reservation they will refuse to hold your luggage regardless of your reservation. It’s a very weird policy at this specific location. Never had this issue at the many other toyoko I’ve visited across the country. For the price point, you’re better off going to stay at hotel nikko or tobu as it’s a lot more comfortable than concrete."

"Good hotel for staying a night before your flight. They provide free shuttle that runs from hotel to terminals 1-3 every 20 mins. They also have free breakfast so this is a plus. "

"I was there for one night, overall experience was good. Hotel staff was very helpful and Hotel was clean. They had clean laundry room and clean elevators. Breakfast was okay but coffee was not good. The shuttle service was not useful as our flight was evening and we had checked out at 11 and left the luggage in hotel reception to explore the city. The shuttle service was only available until 11:40 am. I wish they has shuttle through the day."

"First of all, the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. As foreigners, it was so lovely to have that experience. The room was easy to find and once in, it had clearly recently been renovated. The only issue with the room was that around the shower/sink area there was a damp musty sort of smell. Likely because there is carpet is that area. The beds were really comfortable and the lighting was great, having the ability to change the brightness and colour of the lights was great being with kids. The kids loved the room! The breakfast area was smaller than expected, and definitely wouldn't have been large if the hotel was anywhere near capacity but we were able to find a table for 4 ok. The offering wasn't quite as expected, having some bread we could toast would have been a great addition. Small addition but it would have been great. However, what we did have tasty. Checking out was super simple, even at 6.30am when we had go for our first train towards the airport. Overally, I'd say the stay was fine, the price was fab for Tokyo, so accesible for the train station and more importantly, Disneyland! "
