Great hotel on the lake. Very clean and comfortable with great patios facing the lake. Only real issue was the Wi-Fi which was temperamental at best. A refrigerator in the room would be an added bonus.

Bon hôtel à Bacalar

Hôtel sympathique avec très jolie vue et accès à la lagune, parfait pour profiter du lever ou coucher du soleil. La chambre familiale est très grande, mais plusieurs dysfonctionnements : la clim ne fonctionne pas bien, pas de wifi, la télé impossible à faire fonctionner, pas du tout de pression d'eau pour se laver. Personnel bien agréable, sauf au petit déjeuner si on y va pile à 8h (heure d'ouverture) on dérange ...et jolie piscine.

Lo descuidada de las instalaciones..le urge mantenimiento total pintura desgastada chapas forzadas de la puerta cortinas y moviliario viejo, y me hospede en la "mejor" habitacion..la vista es hermosa ...las camas incomodas no hay agua caliente y dormir ahi es deprimente, si buscas un lugar comodo no es el lugar...el cobro alto a comparacion de las otras habitaciones( q es el doble) es solo por la vista asi q no lo vale

Hotel de fácil acceso, con una muy bonita vista a la laguna. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones muy amplias, sin embargo, no nos pusieron toallas, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la caja del WC en mal estado, no se podía jalar tenías que llenar el bote de basura para ponérselo, las almohadas muy planas e incómodas. El control del sistema de cable no funcionó. Contratamos un tour con ellos para recorrer la laguna y estuvo muy bien, pasan por ti hasta el muelle del hotel, la atención y recorrido excelente.

Die Anlage ist schön und einigermaßen sauber. Leider direkt an einer großen Straße und dadurch war es die ganze Nacht sehr laut. Die Dusche hat kein warmes Wasser. Aber für die Durchreise ganz ok.
