Casino Staff were lovely

Having stayed in various different hotels in the USA, this was our favourite place! On arrival, we were greeted by Antonio, who was delightful! Such a lovely, friendly guy, who takes time to ensure you have a comfortable stay. He makes you feel so welcome 🤗 Antonio’s knowledge of the area is immense and he’ll give you advice about places to see! Our room was lovely. Really comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with a powerful hot shower, nice complimentary toiletries and quality towels....

Arrived early & managed to get into room straight away. Nice big room with sofa & table. Bed was very comfy. Big full length mirror . Nice bathroom with big lit up vanity mirror. Blackout blinds . Good location . Didn’t use any facilities in hotel so can’t comment .

In the middle of shopping and dining areas. Best location in Philadelphia.

Excellent service by staff, breakfast also really good. Thank you

Had everything, didn’t skimp , could have had more food options in casino , staff good security good overall excellent experience, only had very short stay

Beautiful room and helpful, friendly staff. The shower products available were also really nice!

Excellent stay, very central and had free coffee and water stations with bottles to fill up which was great!

We arrived from a cruise ship much too early to check in but, to our delight, they had a room prepared and allowed us access. The hotel was in a terrific location just off Market Street and close to a Phlash bus stop giving easy access to lots of places of interest. The room was on the 5th floor overlooking a square and was spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and bright. The bar and dining room were beautifully decorated for Halloween and the staff made us very welcome! One small blip was one...

Wonderful ans special. Wish we could have stayed longer.
