"Easy, fast check in, friendly staff, great location"

"The state of the room was terrible , it was dusty the sheets had stains on them , room had a funny smell , shower curtain was stained and looked dirty , the bath tub was discolored and the wall paper look like it had dried water stains . The phone in the room was not plugged in , lamps were rusted and some shades were broken . I requested house keeping they didn’t show up , I had to go to the front desk to ask what happened so they sent someone to clean the room at 8:35 pm . The person came did a quick wipe , I had to ask for the sheets to be changed , clean towels and rags . The vacuum didn’t work so she used a broom which didn’t help much . I asked for plastic bags to remove the garbage and dirty linings from the room I was told to wait until the manager Mani Khela come in , the front desk person didn’t know where bags are kept . The iron was rusted on the bottom and when plugged in gave off an odor . I stayed 3 nights and everyday was the same issue, with the state of the room I was afraid to go to the breakfast area , so I ate out everyday . Nothing they advertised on their website is accurate. I fully regret staying here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone . I want a refund for my stay which was a terrible experience."

"Everything was perfect. Just one suggestion: demonstrate concern for the environment with something besides plastic bottles upon arriving. Also re-use towels—things like that. Just a suggestion. "

"Nothing special or out of the ordinary airport hotel, what was a little confusing even for the employees it was the way to register a guest staying there and also using the airport parking lot, i was there for only 3 days and every single employee i dealt with told me a different way to pay for the parking lot fee they should really train all of them together so they all pass the sorest and only way to use the parking lot for us guest."

"Too loud, there were 4 Weddings and hotel was over crowded. Rooms are some what outdated, no pool! Advertised as if they have one. The only positive thing was the bed and pillows were so fluffy and comfy. Location was great too but no parking, their lot was small and full and cost $75 to valet but no available spots. Street parking until 10 with money meters. Tow trucks circling around all day to toll cars that are parked in spots that are not allowed to but signs are a little complicated so this is very unfair."

"One, the pool was down and has been for a while but no mention when booking. The breakfast was bad. The walls are super thin and the plumbing is extremely loud. And the shower open the wrong way. To turn it on you have to get sprayed with the water in the face. And you must spray water all over the floor to get into the shower."
