"Overall it was a good stay. The properties location was prime, very beautiful waterfront. My room was on the city side but offered a beautiful unobstructed panaromic view of the city. We came to explore the city for Spring Break. We used the Big Bus Tour as our transportation during our stay. There’s a hop-on stop just across the street which was a deciding factor to stay here. Very convenient. I was not aware that there was no daily room cleaning so imagine my disappointment coming back to an untidy room for two days in a row after long days exploring the city. As there were two adults and two teens it got pretty unkempt. I thought the first day was a fluke so the second day I was informed you have to ask for daily cleaning. Otherwise it’s only done every 3 days. The problem is, we were only there 3 nights. I never got a room cleaning but they did send someone to bring fresh bath towels, bathroom tissues, and take our trash away. My only other issue was a lack of response calling housekeeping or the front desk. They never answered the phone. Each time I needed something I had to go down to the front desk which was always very busy and had a line. And while they helped me they weren’t the friendliest. Gave off a vibe like I was inconveniencing them."

"Nothing special or out of the ordinary airport hotel, what was a little confusing even for the employees it was the way to register a guest staying there and also using the airport parking lot, i was there for only 3 days and every single employee i dealt with told me a different way to pay for the parking lot fee they should really train all of them together so they all pass the sorest and only way to use the parking lot for us guest."

"Too loud, there were 4 Weddings and hotel was over crowded. Rooms are some what outdated, no pool! Advertised as if they have one. The only positive thing was the bed and pillows were so fluffy and comfy. Location was great too but no parking, their lot was small and full and cost $75 to valet but no available spots. Street parking until 10 with money meters. Tow trucks circling around all day to toll cars that are parked in spots that are not allowed to but signs are a little complicated so this is very unfair."

"One, the pool was down and has been for a while but no mention when booking. The breakfast was bad. The walls are super thin and the plumbing is extremely loud. And the shower open the wrong way. To turn it on you have to get sprayed with the water in the face. And you must spray water all over the floor to get into the shower."
