A very pleasant stay! The room we had was a true highlight! It was spacious and comfortable! The only thing was the air con was a little bit loud when it would kick in and times, but we slept very well. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff are very friendly as well! Really made the experience of visiting Philadelphia for the first time enjoyable! Would stay here again. It was very luxurious!

We chose this hotel because it is right across from the clinic where we had our appointment, but it also felt like a vacation because of all the comfort it offers. In our case, we needed a handicap-accessible room, and it was perfect for us. It had a walk-in shower, and the bed was at a comfortable height—not too high, which was important for us. We plan to stay here every time we come to Philly. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we didn’t need taxis or Uber during our stay—only transportation to and from the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was truly amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Felicia and the night shift receptionist deserve special recognition—they were both incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their warm and professional service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a stress-free stay. The hotel is in a great location and uniquely decorated! But, MY bad that I did not realize that the rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators. I don't understand what the cooling drawer is for because it was not as cool as my 68° room. I believe a refrigerator and microwave are standard amenities and shocked they weren't provided. At least put a microwave on each floor by the water/ice dispenser.

Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet.
