Excellent features, lovely hotel, amazing staff, great value!

Perfectly situated, you can walk to so many places including the night food market without the noise of the main road. The rooms was clean and with all that's needed. The staff was really helpful and professional. The swimming pool was definitely a nice ad-on considering the weather.

Elegant and luxury room. I like its so much. I impressed this hotel.

EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

It’s not the grandest of entrances to a 5 star hotel, but when you get up to the 8 floor reception I have to say everything is fantastic The rooms are fab, bed and pillows so comfortable The service by the staff is as good as anywhere I’ve been Great pool area with fab views of the towers

I sent my parents on their 7th Anniversary to Malaysia, and chose this hotel, as I thought it would be great for them. To say they where extremely impressed is an understatement. The staff, the hotel, everything came with a high praise from my parents. With them they bought lots of pictures back saying it was fantastic and we are already planning a family trip of next year back at this hotel, because they got first class treatment. I have recommended this hotel to all family and friends and...

all of staf very friendly

Across the road from KL Twin Towers and easy access to taxis. Good room facilities, kitchen utensils and also ironing. Friendly staff and cleanliness of room and hotel. Lovely view from pool of KL 360 tower and also KL Twin Towers. Buffet breakfast was limited. We didn't have time to have lunch or dinner there. Airport shuttle bus fare is expensive (double in comparison to Uber fare) Spa was great, however our appointment was rescheduled on 3 occasions.

Great location with easy access to public transport. Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and well appointed

Arrived at the venue around 10.30am. Although as per hotel policy checkin time was 3pm, the reservations desk was kind enough to oblige us with an early checkin free of charge and without any hassles or attitude. We were provided Room#2175 on the 17th floor in Tower 2. A spacious 2BHK apt true to every detail listed on their website on amenities and decor. The apt has a full amenities kitchenette with cutlery, basic white good electronics like toaster, coffee maker, induction stove, microwave...

I really enjoyed my stay here, my only complaint was that it was a little loud and the air conditioning never really coped with the heat! I thought that the room and bathroom were fantastic for the money, and I would definitely stay again.

Clean room in a good location. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get into Central KL
