The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were very attentive also. I appreciate their accommodating my requests. Also, they gave me a souvenir which was so thoughtful.

The Taj offers the best experience I have ever had in any hotel in my 51 years on earth. The service was impeccable from the time you go through the parking lot gate to the front desk where everyone in staff greets you as if you are the most important person in the building. The food in the restaurant is amazing as well as the staff. By the time I left today people were calling me by my first name. Currently the only issue is the construction out front has caused the street to be full of noisy traffic. The manager has assured me that they are soundproofing the street side balconies to better manage the noise. I plant to return to India next month and the Taj will babe my only choice for places to stay.

Very nice hotel but in the middle of construction activities. Noisy road in front and surrounding. Should be less noisy when all the road work is done.

The hotel and its staff were remarkable in their attention to detail, presentation, and professionalism. The site was clearly very well managed and provided the perfect offering to enable us to thoroughly enjoy our visit to Chennai in style and comfort. Probably the best service I have ever received at a hotel. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. They made me feel welcomed the moment I stepped in. If I’m in Chennai again I know exactly where to stay.

Luxury home away from home
Excellent services, food, and room too. These are high-end service apartments that have been converted into hotel rooms so each has a huge fridge, dishwasher, stove and washing machine. The only difference between this and any other 5-star hotel is that it has only 1 restaurant - a coffee shop. The managers of the coffee shop, however, are extra caring and attentive. The whole experience is a luxury home away from home.

The hotel is clean and has a courteous staff. The rooms are excellent. There's only one restaurant at the hotel and limited options are available on the menu. No alcohol is served as of now. It looks like they are in phase-wise reopening post covid.

I was taken care by Miss Rajeswari! She was so friendly and she always helped me. I am female and were alone. So she gave me a safety feeling. All hotel personal are extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies dresses are so beautiful and I realky enjoyed my stay!
