"Room was clean and had a great ocean view of the beach. Pool was warm and clean and the staff was on point from check in, gaming employees and cleaning staff. Breakfast wasn’t open until the day we left but we will try it next visit. Ocean is a great hotel."

"We were misinformed about the check-in we wasn’t told about the pool not being open for three days out of the week and they were the days that we were there, we were told that housekeeping didn’t do the rooms every day and that you had to put in an request, and they tried to charge us for a movie that we didn’t watch."

"I'm a disabled person with a rolling walker, and they gave me a room on the 1st floor, across the parking lot, where I had to climb 2 steps just to get to the level where the rooms were. Why would they make a disabled person climb steps? Very inconsiderate. Room was also very outdated and very poor lighting. Was dosed to have a tub in the bathroom. They're was no rib. Only a shower. I still not be back."

"Loved the use of the bikes! Convenience of restaurant, parking and store right on the Boardwalk. Front desk extremely helpful and welcoming! They all went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Praise to their employees! I would definitely stay here again!"
