"The hotel was alright, my issue wasn’t the hotel entirely. The issue I had with this place is the lack of rules that weren’t even close to being followed. The amount of children running and screaming jumping and splashing in the hot tub when it clearly says “no one under 18” was insane. People had their TODDLERS in the hot tub. I said something to the lady at the front desk who was very kind and considerate but she was like “they’re not going to listen even if slee say anything” just not what I wanted to deal with while traveling. I understand it’s a family friendly place but not following the simple rules of the facility was very annoying. The other issue I faced was not having enough warm water to shower and my key cards literally not working on my door at all. Probably won’t come back."

"Friendly, helpful staff day and evening, nice room, comfortable bed, walking distance to attractions, two restaurants and one bar in house, great security system, no one can get on the floors with rooms or into rooms without a digital guest card, parking garage next door is connected to hotel with a covered walkway, a great looking hotel overall."

"The hotel was in a good location and quiet area. The room was cleaned and comfortable just wished they had a toilet paper roll for the toilet paper. I've been a smoker for 18 years and smoke lingers to people's clothes. One day they slid a note under my door stating a reminder that no smoking in the room. Like we obviously know this and if they have looked at their cameras they would see me and my wife constantly go outside to smoke. So I didn't appreciate that note when they could've of knocked to see"

"Very clean and fresh Reno to this historic property. Very nice bar and restaurant. I would say the bfast was very basic and could have been better but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds!"

"There could be more outside trash cans Dogs staying there is fine. I had a dog with me but people let their dog crap and left it everywhere. Also smoking outside the doors and cigarette butts all over ground and trash thrown in ground. Disposable coffee or soda cups. I had doggy bags with me at all times because dogs crap. The smoking right outside doors is offensive Inside was clean. Actually I had a canister of disinfectant wipes. Glad I did. The toilet seat looked sketchy. I’m not picky but some things….. The breakfast was the exact same thing everyday Staff was nice "

"The stay was average my main complaint was that the room had small tiny nats, flies I don't know what they were but they were everywhere in the room I have bites on my face and buttocks they were Tini tiny flying things that annoyed me ... there was no safe to secure my things nor housekeeping services unless requested I'm sure fo an additional . I requested a law enforcement discount when I couldn't see the option online when I called directly and I was told that that room was taken and they wanted to charge me way more on the phone instead of matching the price I got online. So I booked online . They should definitely have housekeeping available for guest everyday without asking or for an additional fee. I will rate this hotel underwhelming. If I spend the money I did for 3 nights I definitely was disappointed, 👎"
