"The hotel was very nice. Quiet, clean, good breakfast. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I was even upgraded to a lovely room with a private balcony. We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay.
It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday after looking at many different hotels...it was incredible. The decor, staff, location, room, facilities, breakfast and cocktails were far beyond what I’d hoped for. The rooms are soundproof and you literally can’t hear anything!
We have stayed in Paris many times but never the same hotel...this one is ours and we will fit our flights around their availability. Thank you Mihaela, Su and the team; you made a special event unforgettable.

We've stayed in many hotels in Paris over the years and this was definitely one of the best. A really good location on an avenue which leads down to l'Arc de Triomphe and good for the metro. Firstly the location, there are many bus stops and metro stations nearby, very close to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre.
Secondly the safety, the neighbourhood streets are very clean and the quality of the people is very high, never had any unpleasant incidents.
Third is the attitude of the staff, it is very warm, when you come back to the hotel after a tiring journey, it is as warm as home.
Fourth is the interior of the room, without a doubt the cleanest room I have ever...

I recently spent 4 nights at this hotel with my fiancé and our 2 year old daughter. The hotel is in a great location, especially for the Eiffel Tower, and the hop on, hop off boat that travels down the Seine. The rooms are clean, a good size but what impressed my most was the staff. They were friendly, polite and profession and I would specifically like to mention Aurelie who was superb and was happy to go above and beyond throughout the duration of our stay

Staff very helpful and attentive - from the lady who checked us in, the man who took our luggage to the rooms and the person who was very helpful when we enquired about travelling and sightseeing in Paris. They even sent a card wishing me for the Paris Marathon that I was running the next day. They also arranged for “Skip the queue” Eiffel Tower trip (cost extra).
