"The check-in and check-out were a little rough. On check-in, the key didn’t work the first 3 times. And on check out, the printer had no paper so it took a bit to get a receipt. The room itself was as described and perfect for what I was looking for. I would stay here again. One front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. "I was fairly concerned by other reviews I saw on this site, but I have no idea what their issues were. We had no issues at all, the location is quiet with some food nearby. The Paris Metro is a 15 minute walk downhill, which means 15 minutes back up the hill after a day exploring, but it was worth it. We stayed 3 nights here and really had no complaints. I would stay here again."

"It was a great place to stay. The location is more residential, but it’s a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Paris public transportation had a few delays and setbacks during my trip, so it wasn’t the most reliable—I ended up taking Uber a few times. The airport is in the opposite direction, but without traffic, it’s about a 27-minute Uber ride, which wasn’t bad at all. If you’re comfortable navigating trains and getting around the city, this hotel is a great option. The room was beautiful—I even had a sofa with an extra bed. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable; I would fall asleep instantly every night, which was a huge plus. Brand new building as well. So if you don’t like rats or rodents that come with city do yourself a favor and stay there. "
