"Have stayed in this hotel many times over the last 15 years. Disappointing the very slow draining shower which wasn’t fixed despite requesting it to be. Will still stay again in future as it is such a good location / classic Rome."

"large rooms very comfortable bed. good info from management. they let me check in at 11:30 which was a relief. did not have a laundry issue as am jet lagged and did mine at 2 AM! And if you see a bottle opener with a blue handle- ur welcome"
