"Flavia, Eliza, the frontdesk ladies and their male colleague were exceptional! Their suggestions were on point, and also helped me find a non-tourist trap jewelry store. At the Restaurant, Andrea and Lorenzo were impeccable; excellent service, and great food! Ps: the pizza has a lot of cheese The brunch team was very efficient as well, given the sheer amount of people (there were 2 travel groups during my stay - it was packed, yet the team moved swiftly). I am definitely returning with my partner."

"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! The location in Rome is a bit out of the way, and is a 15-20 minute walk from the main railway station, though you can also get a short tram ride down to the hotel as well. In spite of this the hotel is set back off the main road and is secluded in gated grounds that make it very private and it more than makes up for its location with its friendly staff, high standard of facilities, including clean rooms with all the mod cons you’d expect, and a stunning roof top bar and pool. I can also recommend the pizzeria adjoining the hotel too, which offered some fantastic food and was clearly busy with the locals and guests of the hotel, shared working space facilities etc. "

"This hotel is well situated, near the Termini train station, walking distance from Basilica Sata Marcia Maggiore and San Giovanni Laterano. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and we are sleeping very well with quiet at night. "

"We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us. We had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend for a quiet space to rest whilst visiting Rome. "

"The staff was amazing! From those at front desk, shuttle driver and restaurant staff! We hope to return, and wish we could've stayed longer. The property is well-appointed, secure (gated) , in a beautiful setting. The food on property was outstanding. There is nothing in walking distance, but with their shuttle service getting to Rome center by train was easy. Quick 10min drive to local airport. We left at 7:20 for our 8:30 flight. It was a breeze! "
