"Everything was perfect except our toiletries bottles in the room were broken upon arriving. Breakfast at the hotel was super tasty. The staff at the hotel were amazing"

"We had the standard room. Clean room but the curtains need changing and net just looks tired. But everything was clean and enough space and clean toilet. My only suggestion would be provide TV menu and allow people to use Netflix. Also inform about 2-pin plugs. Having said that, the reception desk provided us with their 2 pin plug to use - very kind."

A standout highlight was the breakfast; the staff was incredibly accommodating and prepared a delicious vegetarian meal for us exclusively upon request. His excellent service and attentive nature made our experience even more memorable. ​The rooms were spotless and modern, providing the perfect comfortable atmosphere to relax. "I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night."
