"Hotel looks great from the outside, but the rooms need updating badly. Not really a 4-star hotel due to the condition of the rooms. Hotel is ideally located very close to the cruise port and train station. Staff were excellent. "

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. As Tivoli is absolutely beautiful I will come back soon!"

"We had a wonderful host who picked us up from the train station. Breakfast delivered every morning at requested time. Great cappuccinos, juice, croissants, and traditional Italian sandwiches. Everything was within walking distance. Easy bus ride to Villa Hadrian-UNESCO Heritage Site. Lovely visit!"
