"The hotel was great and the air conditioning was better than all of the other places we stayed—it seems to be a thing in Italy that they restrict the air conditioning at night and this seemed to occur at our hotel (we had it at 19 Celsius around 65 Fahrenheit and it definitely felt warmer than 70 Fahrenheit) however I am still rating it a 5 because it seems to be a country wide thing and it was the least restricted here of all the hotels we stayed at on our trip, however I do wish hotels would disclose this to their guests especially when they are tourist oriented."

"The best hotel we have stayed at! Just outside of the center of rome which was great as it wasn’t crowded. Whole hotel is well maintained and VERY clean. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke both italian and english. If we go back to rome we will definitely be staying here! "

"The couple different items they had in the chafing dishes were cold. Toaster took forever to heat up a piece of bread. Lots of little different choices to choose from when it came to dolce’s. But of poor quality. The coffee machine was broken so the extra one they had was very busy. Alexander the bartender was great. He can make an excellent cocktail. I feel bad for him as he was the bartender and the cook if someone ordered food. Great location but definitely not worth what they charge. "

"Spacious and Modern, the hotel had a mixture of a mid-century modern and simple Italian aesthetic. The rooms were large, simply appointed and comfortable each have a nice outdoor balcony or sitting area. The staff was friendly and helpful and the area of Testaccio has some of the best dinning in Rome. The market downstairs is great to walk through grab a bit and shop. there is also a small modern museum across the street. Definitely worth it, especially in Rome where may of the hotel spaces are either small or very old fashioned."

"We had the standard room. Clean room but the curtains need changing and net just looks tired. But everything was clean and enough space and clean toilet. My only suggestion would be provide TV menu and allow people to use Netflix. Also inform about 2-pin plugs. Having said that, the reception desk provided us with their 2 pin plug to use - very kind."

"The room we had was spacious for Europe standard with semi modern facilities and a balcony. We didn’t use it because it was for smokers which was disappointing because I thought it’s a non smoking rooms on that floor. itThankfully the room was nicely scented when the air conditioner was turned on. We liked the decor in the reception and dining. The ambiance in the dining room was nice. Service by Ambra was excellent. She made us feel welcome and the meals were delicious. The staff at reception are helpful and friendly. Hotel Pulitzer is very close to Marconi Station less than 10 min walk with luggage and a few stops from Termini Station which made it convenient to move around Rome."
