"Even thou the property and rooms are older they've put carpet and new lighting in and it's clean and welcoming.. the tv in my room didn't work at all, the lady at the desk went above and beyond and came up looked at it then moved me rooms which was so much better as that room was quite an old tired looking room that had nothing done on it and moved me to a better room .. think they must be privately owned.."

"Location is in good area, close to supermarket and restaurants. Beach is 5 mins away. Rooms were big and beds good. Clean to a certain extent, bathroom had water coming through the bottom which made a mess. Overall good stay."

"I only stayed there due to the proximity to the convention centre. What I didn't like was the fact the TV remote wasn't working and the shower head in the bathroom was broken."

"Breakfast was repeated every day and tasteless . Staff was not helpful at all and room are not well maintained We requested to clean our room while we are out but it was not clean and upon checking they just ignored."

"Spacious, comfortable, a little noisy, but that’s the area. Excellent service. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walking to Convention Centre, Pac Fair and restaurants. "

"Stayed for 7 nights. Room was okay. It had everything I needed. Balcony was great. Only issue was they have an obvious cockroach problem. Killed about 20 of them during the stay. I couldn't afford to move to another hotel but probably would have if I had the money. Overall I think it was overpriced for what you get."
