"Room was spotless, staff were attentive and friendly. I’m Coeliac and require a Gluten Free diet. Staff were very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble to meet my G/F requirements at breakfast time. Many thanks."

"It had been roughly 10 years since my last stay, hotel still in very good condition, room was spotlessly clean especially the bathroom, quiet location, comfortable bed, nice powerful shower, restaurant beautiful, lovely staff, nice food. "

"I stayed for 9 nights and would definitely come back. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my long stay. The bed and pillows are extremely comfy. The hotel is in a super handy spot! The train station is literally across the road and the bus to Edinburgh airport stops right out the front. Dundee itself is fantastic and has all the shops you’d need. The only negative things I can mention are there are no clothes washing facilities for longer stays, the rooms can get a bit noisy on a Saturday night, but I slept with earplugs and it was fine and parking is extortionately expensive. There is a washing service available, but it’s also very expensive."

I stayed in this hotel after an 8 1/2 hour journey to Scotland to meet my biological father and they made it above and beyond for us by meeting our needs in every way I’d like to thank all the staff and the management for their part in my reunion. I would 100% recommend this hotel very clean staff very welcoming food was amazing. I just could not fault it at all."

"Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Only thing was that there were dogs everywhere - two started fighting in the reception and then one peed in the hallway. So important to like dogs for this hotel. "
