"Phoenix resort is a great place fir a staycation, great waterpark, nice staff, accommodating for extra fluffy parents and special needs guests, even has a chair to help with wheelchair transfers. "Our family of 4 stayed at the Grand Hyatt over the July 4th weekend. The renovations are complete and the property is beautiful! We loved the daily activities for families at the pool, the live music each night at the lobby bar, and the entire property in general. Would highly recommend! We will be back for sure!"
